CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Though the coronavirus pandemic may have gotten in the way of properly celebrating Mother’s Day, plenty of Northeast Ohio candy shops, bakeries and ice creameries remain open for the occasion.
We’ve been updating a big guide of Northeast Ohio takeout restaurants, spanning Cleveland and many of its suburbs. Today, we’re shining a light on some of the dessert and candy takeout offerings for Mother’s Day.
Online orders and takeout orders are available from a variety of establishments around Greater Cleveland. Here are 23 shops where you can order a sweet treat, in time for Mother’s Day, this year:

All City Candy
Curbside pickup and online ordering are in full swing at All City Candy. The Richmond Heights shop offers plenty of special packages made specifically for Mother’s Day.

Though Chocolate Emporium’s storefront is closed, the local chocolate shop offers local delivery and online orders.

Downtown Cleveland’s Colossal Cupcakes offers takeout and delivery of its massive, decadent cupcakes in many different flavors throughout the coronavirus pandemic.

Corbo’s Bakery
Corbo’s in Little Italy will reopen just in time for Mother’s Day. The bakery opens on May 7, and will take orders through its Facebook page. Corbo’s will be open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday in Little Italy during the month of May. The bakery’s Playhouse Square location remains temporarily closed.
