Meteorologist April Loveland's First Warning Forecast
Dry, clear and frigid Monday night with lows in the low 30s. Many communities will actually feel like the 20s though due to the wind chills.
Mostly sunny once again on Tuesday with highs in the low and mid 50s. This will be our mildest day of the week. We'll start out with a wind out of the west around 5-15 mph. It will turn to the southwest by the afternoon which will help to boost our temperatures.
Wednesday continues to look dry with highs in the mid and upper 40s. It will be a blustery day with a W/NW wind at 15-20 mph, with some higher gusts. This will actually make temperatures feel closer to the 30s for most of the day.
A bit milder on Thursday with highs in the low 50s. Similar weather to end the work week with highs in the low 50s. More sunshine will break out on Saturday, but it will feel much colder! Highs will be in the mid 40s, but it will feel like the 30s due to a brisk northerly wind. Frigid conditions will continue into Saturday night with lows in the upper 20s. Partly cloudy Sunday with highs in the low and mid 40s.
Our next system looks to move in late Sunday and Monday with scattered showers possible to start the work week.
