The Linn County Sheriff's office has issued increased evacuation orders for areas south of Sweet Home.
Level 3 - Go Now - evacuation order for the following areas:
- Residents in the area of Upper Calapooia Road, Crescent Hill Rd, Brush Creek Rd from Hwy 228 to the county line and and all side spur roads off these roads near Holley/Crawfordsville.
Level 2 - Get Set - evacuation alert issued for the following:
- Residents of Holley and Crawfordsville which are not already listed above under a Level 3 Evacuation.
The entire city of Sweet Home and Highway 20 coordinator from Foster east to Mountain House is currently under a level 1 evacuation warning.
An evacuation shelter has been established at the Linn County Fairgrounds at 3700 Knox Butte Rd E in Albany, however officials say the livestock facilities are full.
A secondary shelter is available at the Benton County Fairgrounds and can accommodate livestock at this time.
