We continue to trudge through this bitter cold forecast. Highs to close this week will be near 0° with highs over the weekend looking about the same. Most mornings will start in the teens below through Monday morning. Besides the cold, most days will feature partly cloudy to partly sunny sky conditions and we'll stay dry as well. A little warmer air is on the horizon, but may not return until about midweek next week. Highs look to finally get back into the teens above by Tuesday.
