Bitter cold week…
Despite plenty of sunshine, bitter cold temperatures kept today uncomfortable. The trend will continue. Afternoon highs were in the single digits, but wind chills were below zero for most.
Wind Chill Advisory tonight…
A Wind Chill Advisory will be in effect from 9 pm tonight until 10 am Tuesday. Northwest winds will be diminishing but wind chills will drop to -15 to -30 tonight. Take the necessary steps to protect yourself and don’t forget about your pets.
Mostly dry for the next 7 days…
The jet stream will take most significant precipitation to our south, but very light flurries may drift from time to time later in the week. Colder than average weather will likely remain into the later stages of the month as well.
