Sweet Berry Farm in Marble Falls opens Labor Day weekend for its fall season of fun. (Look for pumpkin activities later in the month.) File photo
Pick flowers and wander a maze or two at Sweet Berry Farm in Marble Falls when it reopens Saturday, Sept. 4, for its fall season. You can also feed the goats, ride the Sweet Berry Express Barrel Train, and hop on the Scarecrow Island Hayride.
Other autumn-themed attractions starting Sept. 18 include pumpkin painting, scarecrow stuffing, the Berry Bounce, and pony rides.
The farm, 1801 FM 1980, is open 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Saturday. Sunday hours are 11 a.m.-5 p.m. It's closed on Wednesdays. Admission into Sweet Berry Farm and parking are free. You pay for the activities.
This year's Texas Maze theme is “Singing Across Texas.” Look for 17 Lone Star State towns with famous songs written about them. When you find them, scan a QR code to access the recording of each tune. Maze entrance is $8 for ages 6 and older. Children younger than 6 get in free but must be accompanied by an adult.
For a full list of costs per fall activity, visit Sweet Berry Farm’s website. Face coverings are optional, but there's plenty of space for social distancing.
