CONCORD, N.C. – Brothers-in-law Brad Sweet and Kyle Larson rank one and two in this week’s National Sprint Car Rankings.

Sweet, who swept a pair of World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series events at Wisconsin’s Cedar Lake Speedway, has won nine overall features this year and has an average finish of 3.261 in 23 starts.

Larson, who is married to Sweet’s sister Katelyn, won four features in six starts during the week and won the Pennsylvania Speedweek title. He has an average finish of 4.37 in 27 races, including a national-best 11 410 sprint car feature victories so far this year.

Twenty-seven drivers have now made the mandatory 20 starts to be eligible for the National Sprint Car Rankings.

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet All Star Circuit of Champions point leader Aaron Reutzel, Donny Schatz and Logan Schuchart round out the top five.

Freddie Rahmer, who ranks seventh nationally, continues to lead the Eastern region standings.

With his fourth victory of the season in the Cometic Ohio Sprint Speedweek opener at Attica Raceway Park, Cap Henry leads the Great Lakes region.

Sweet leads the Great Plains region and Larson tops the Mid-America quadrant.

Brandon Spithaler, who won Sunday at Pennsylvania’s Tri-City Raceway, leads the Ohio-Pennsylvania quadrant, with Dominic Scelzi topping the Western region.

Fifty-one drivers have won the 105 features contested this season.
