Thursday is shaping up as the warmest day this week with highs in the 50s. Don’t get used to it though, because we’ll drop again Friday with our next storm system. This one isn’t clear-cut yet as there’s a lot of time for shifts. Currently, it looks like some rain Thursday night with a change to snow Friday morning. Friday doesn’t look like a washout, but if the forecast holds there may be some minor accumulation during the morning commute. It’s not clear where the cutoff to precipitation would be, but southern towns and cities have the best bet for impacts with northern areas possibly remaining dry.
